We loved Trish as our Realtor.  Her attention to us, our property, our schedules and the sales price "needed" to receive on the sale of our home was exemplary.  Trish's dedication was above and beyond any Real Estate Agent we've ever utilized.  It was as though she was selling her very own property.  Our property was listed for a brief 15 - 20 day period and during that small time frame, Trish had flyer info sheets stocked in our yard sign box, our home was posted as a tour on her website, she had at least two parades of Real Estate Agents through our home and she checked our property to ensure the info sheets were always stocked.  We ended up with three simultaneous offers and we sold our home for $5000.00 over what our list price was.  We NEVER felt like Clients, we felt like Family.

We closed recently on our house in Headland, Alabama and I just wanted to express our greatfulness to Trish Elliott for the great experience we had with James Bowman Realty.

Trish was very professional from the moment she came out to give us a presentation.  She had the house listed within a few days and potential Buyers lined up very quickly.  We could not have been happier.  After an unsuccessful attempt with another Realty Company and a short lived "for sale by Owner" trial, we were approached by Trish Elliott and her team.  In light of our situation, we feel that God sent her to us at exactly the right time.  Due to unforeseen circumstances and the less than appealing economic climate, we were facing possible foreclosure on our home.  Trish came in and gave us her full attention and made selling our home her priority.  Thanks to her hard work and dedication, we were able to avoid foreclosure and complete a short sale on our property.  The short sale process is very tedious, trying and time consuming;  but with Trishs' knowledge and skill level, we received an offer and were able to close within a few short months.  Trish scheduled numerous showings and aggressively marketed the house.  She kept us updated frequently and made sure that all aspects of the process were being done correctly.  Her perseverance and know how made the difference.  In our case, it was a difference that will considerably increase our ability to purchase another home in a couple of years versus a decade.  During such a difficult time for our Family, Trish's kind demeanor and expertise gave us hope and peach of mind.

Being a construction and homebuilding company in the Dothan area, we have dealt with several Realtors when it came to buying and selling properties.  Unfortunately the experience had not been a positive one.  No communication and bad advice had left us with an extremely negative outlook on the entire Realtor Industry, but then we met Trish Elliott.
